We train our staff to ask themselves with every interaction, “Is this how I would want to be treated?” and “Is this the decision I would be happy with if I were the client?”. If they are able to answer those questions with a yes then they know they are living up to our company ideals. If the answer is no, they know they must come up with a solution where the answer is yes.

Entrusting us to make important decisions for you and your future means you can count on us to be open and straightforward in all of our interactions with you.
At The Kal Co, we want to change that and that is why we have started the Kal Fund. We want to give people the opportunities to achieve their dreams and become the greatest they can be.
Every time we earn revenue, a donation is made to our fund to help the communities we serve and the people that live within them become better and stronger. We want to be at the forefront of providing opportunities so that people can achieve greatness.
